Community Representatives Meet with Deloitte:

Meeting Summary

A second virtual meeting was held between representatives from Deloitte and representatives from the local community surrounding the proposed development site.

Deloitte presented a revised plan for the site which it has now submitted to the Council. The revised planning application is currently accepting comments whilst a decision is pending.

Deloitte explained that the proposed height and use of the building, noise/air/light pollution, and diminishing parking spaces, are all in line with allocations for the area as a designated industrial site and are in line with local regulations as set out in the recently finalised Wandsworth Local Plan.

The community representatives were left concerned that traffic patterns, road work, and stakeholder/landowner engagement had still not been adequately addressed.
